Together, we’re making a commitment. Take the pledge to:

Become Informed

Knowledge is power! Understanding the risk and protective factors is a critical step to ending family violence. By becoming informed, you will be empowered to help yourself and others.

Speak Up, Together!

The stigma associated with family violence has allowed it to remain an epidemic in our country. What we say and do represents who we are as a community. Show others that violence has no place in our communities.

Practice Healthy Relationships

We are part of the solution. After learning about healthy relationship behaviors, take time to practice them in your own relationships. We can be the change we want to see.

Stand With Survivors

Experiencing violence is never deserved, even if someone provokes their partner. Challenge comments that blame someone for experiencing violence and abuse. Support survivors of family violence and domestic violence by listening to their stories without judgement. Let them know they are not alone.
